RELAX, RENEW AND RESTORE. 

That is what helped me heal after losing my husband and ultimately has become my approach to yoga.

I work with clients either one-on-one or in small groups of 4 or less.  Classes can be via zoom on in person at your home. (First 15 miles are free for traveling with a small fee if more than that.)

I strive to offer a practice that focuses on you, including breath work for centering, poses for deep opening and a peaceful, restorative savasana.  A benefit of working with small classes is I can design a practice to meet my clients where they are.  There are so many wonderful poses, as well as styles of yoga that I love the chance to take from them all and design something just for you.

I have worked with clients with cancer, osteoporosis, anxiety, high stress lifestyles and simple those new to yoga.  Every practice is different with the common theme being it was designed for you.
