Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm

This class combines multiple styles of yoga to create a deep, nourishing and peaceful practice. Starting with Yin, we hold the poses longer and use the breath to open and lengthen the muscles and connective tissue. From there we flow into Hatha, where we use the poses and breath to strengthen and improve alignment, generating a little more heat in the body. We finish with Restorative poses, using more passive stretching with the use of props to relax into a deeper opening and final relaxation.
Designed for all levels. This class is a perfect way to release the tensions from the day and nourish your mind, body and soul.
