Just wanted to thank you for the “Cleanse”!  I have been on it since Sunday, have recharged my weight loss (an additional 5 pounds this week for a total of 62 pounds now) and feel terrific!


The recipes, the shopping list and the ease in following this have made it a breeze.  Love the Butternut Squash Soup and will never again make it with cream.

I never thought I would be one of those people who did a cleanse.  I had been working with Paula for a few months trying to incorporate healthier eating habits into our family’s lives.  We were definitely eating more vegetables, but I was really looking to lose a few pounds.  Paula encouraged me to try the cleanse.  I convinced my husband to do it with me.  We started the Monday after vacation.  We were rested and very full after a week of indulging.  The first few days were tough, but I wasn’t hungry.  I gave up coffee and carbs for the first time in my life.  After a few days, I felt great and the weight started coming off.  I felt energized.  My reflux improved and my pants were loose!  The recipes and guidance that Paula gave us made all the difference.  Many of the recipes have become part of our daily diets.  I learned I could do without things I thought I had to have and feel empowered for it.  I would also add that we now feel so good that we have kept it going after the “diet period”.    Never thought I could do without coffee, but I feel a lot better with my green tea. ~ E. and B.
