    How can I help you: Coaching Packages


    If time is a problem but change is your goal.  In this package I offer virtual support through texts and emails. Monday through Friday from 8 to 6, I will answer your nutritional or wellness questions.  In addition, you will have access to one 45-minute group call each month discussing various health topics followed by questions and answers.


    One-on-One Coaching


    One-on-one coaching is a powerful tool in mapping your steps towards your desired goals.  I offer one-on-one consultations, both in-office and on the telephone, to help you make connections between your diet and your health.  This package includes two private and confidential 60-minute sessions  or four weekly 30-minute sessions where we identify health concerns with nutrition and lifestyle, and develop a personalized plan of action.

    Accelerated One-on-One 


    This package is a great way to kick start your program.  It offers 4 weekly, private and confidential, one-on-one 60-minute sessions to help with the challenges that come up as you start this journey. You design your program, sessions can be meetings, cooking classes, or shopping trips.
