We will work together to meet your health and wellness goals through basic nutrition education and clarification of diet myths, improving your relationship with your Self and your Body, and allowing you to live your life to the fullest!

A big part of weight loss is maintaining your focus and being accountable.  My weight loss groups are designed around that.  We meet weekly for 1 hour in person or virtually, so that together we can support continued weight loss, discuss challenges and successes, exploring different dietary theories,  recieve informational handouts, and most importantly develop a community of support.
